Enquiries and quotations
- Submitting an RFQ, BOM or enquiry does not create a contract or an obligation for either party.
- Availability, lead time and pricing change and are confirmed only in a written quotation for the specific requirement.
- A contract is formed only when an order is confirmed in writing on the commercial terms set out in the applicable quotation (including price, taxes, delivery, payment and validity).
- Where an alternative to a requested product is proposed, it will be identified as an alternative and requires your review and approval before it is treated as a replacement.
