Delivery is agreed per order

Because we supply against specific requirements, delivery arrangements are confirmed for each order in the quotation or order confirmation. This includes the delivery location, expected lead time, delivery terms and who bears freight, insurance and related charges.

Lead times

Lead times depend on the product, quantity, sourcing channel and destination. Any lead time we share is an estimate based on information available at the time of quotation and will be reconfirmed at order stage where needed. We will communicate promptly if a confirmed timeline changes.

Domestic delivery (India)

Orders are dispatched to the delivery address confirmed with the order, through a courier, transporter or logistics partner as agreed. Applicable tax invoices and delivery documents accompany the shipment.

International shipments

For export requirements, shipping is arranged according to the Incoterm and commercial terms agreed for the transaction. Export arrangements remain subject to the product, supplier, destination and applicable regulations. Import duties, taxes and clearance at the destination are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

On receipt

Please inspect the shipment on arrival and report any transit damage, shortage or discrepancy to darshal.m@waterlifestyle.in as soon as possible, ideally with photographs and the delivery documents.
