Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

Because many items are sourced specifically for your requirement, cancellation terms depend on the order and are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.

• Enquiries and quotations can be withdrawn at any time before an order is confirmed.
• After order confirmation, cancellation requests should be sent in writing to darshal.m@waterlifestyle.in. Where the goods have already been procured, dispatched, or are special-order or non-returnable items, cancellation may not be possible or may attract charges passed on from the supply channel.

Returns

Returns are accepted only where agreed in writing, for example where goods supplied do not match the confirmed order or are received damaged in transit. Please report issues promptly with the order reference, photographs and delivery documents. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging unless the return is due to a defect.

Warranty claims

Any applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty depends on the product and transaction and is confirmed before purchase. We will coordinate eligible warranty claims with the relevant supply channel.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the original payment method or by bank transfer, typically after the returned goods are received and inspected, and in line with the commercial terms agreed for the order.
